Newton, MA -based PatientKeeper, a developer of software for physicians that will help them comply with planned federal guidelines for the use of electronic medical records, raises $13 Million from a group of investors including Flybridge Capital Partners, New Enterprise Associates, Whitney & Company, and Lighthouse Capital Partners.
